In this review, Dr Okoli opines that Commercial Litigation in Anglophone Africa is a ‘pleasure to read for the purpose of review’ and labels the work an ‘important study and a significant contribution to the subject’. Dr Okoli concludes his review thus: ‘Students, scholars, lawyers and judges in English-speaking Africa will be grateful to Moran and Kennedy for their work, which covers a large and significant part of Africa.’
